Illinois Business Systems Hires New Manager of Field Service

Illinois Business Systems is pleased to announce that Mr. Tom Hausier has joined Illinois Business Systems as Manager of Field Service. In his new capacity, Tom will report directly to the President and be responsible for the day-to-day service assignments and will act as the service interface for the IBS customer base. Tom brings 30+ years of service and management experience to this position and will be a strong asset to the team.

In addition to his service and industry knowledge, Tom is train-the-trainer certified and is also recognized as one of the leading Kyocera service technicians in the nation. In 2010, Tom was recognized as the Regional Service Award winner for the Midwest and placed 3rd at the Kyocera National service competitions. In 2011, Tom was again recognized as the 3rd place winner for the Midwest Region.
